I liked shoes but ran big and was not able to use

Shoe runs big and was noy able to use. It was too late to reorder.

Great fit!

Love my new grey shoes and love the fit! Too many shoe stores don't have my size or even the color I want, so I tried Amazon because of free shipping and returns. Knew I would be just returning all the shoes that didn't fit and keep trying to find a decent pair. But I got lucky with these Trotters on the first order.

Low heel, good arch support.

Ordered several prs of shoes to wear to a wedding. These were the only ones that were padded and had arch support. I have a wide foot with low arch. Ordered 9M and sent them back for 8 1/2W.
