Teal Color Review

I ordered the queen in teal to compare to similar amazon products. So I did not take it entirely out of package, but wanted to review color. I think it is pretty accurate to the photo, slightly bluer, but it is not "teal" in the traditional sense. It doesnt have enough blue in it to be teal. Its a pretty dark, cool toned green, and to my eye it's close to the photo. I'm not sure why other reviews call it blue or very teal. It's not - It's a dark green with some blue in it. Photos attached should show color in different lights. My phone makes it look more blue than it is unfortunately, but you can kind of see the difference in the comparison photo. It compares it to 2 other duvets - on Kelly green and one slightly bluer duvet. It is softer than both of those as well, almost suede soft.

Pet owners be aware

The media could not be loaded. This duvet is just okay. We have a golden retriever who shed 3 puppies a day and I’m constantly brushing the dog hair off of it. My previous duvet that my dog destroyed was from pottery barn and hair didn’t stick to it at all but this duvet is a fur magnet. Our dog also drools a little when he sleeps and you can see his drool marks all over it. Overall it’s fine and gets the job done. I like the color a lot.

Too small for the twin duvet

The duvet cover does not fit the twin duvet. The cover is made too small. It is a beautiful color and very soft though.

Very pleased as a first time duvet cover buyer

I spent hours researching different duvet covers and decided to buy this one. I wanted it to match the AmazonBasics Microfiber Sheet Set - Queen, Plum that I previously purchased. It matches perfectly. Was easy to figure out how to install over my comforter. Seems to be good quality and my cat approves it too.

Too Big

Queen size is way too big.. the actual size is more of an in-between of a standard queen and standard king. None of my queen comforters fit inside. I will have to sew it to make it work.

Nice colour

I love the texture and colour of my duvet set. The colour is a beautiful compliment to my bedroom. I also like the fact that there are the ties inside.
