the right size for king, even if a little small, my pillow are not too big and fat

open end case., not sealed with a flap or zipper. The king size is THICK 100% cotton, and are wide enough for a pillow to actually fit in, as some "king" cases are so narrow the pillow ends up all stuffed into them, making the pillow too fat and likely to come out the end. . I like these A LOT. They are a bit stiff out of the package but wash well in cold water.
