Just a so-so tumbler

You get what you pay for, it is ok. Looks like they got a blank tumbler from a craft store and inserted a computer printed picture of dragon flies. The straw was bent and has no stopping ring so it can come right out of the lid.

Such gorgeous colors for dragon fly lovers

Probably not the best quality-wise BUT it was part of a gift and so colorful and nice! Sometimes the beautiful colors outweigh the fact that it may break down in a few years. This is one of those cases. Love!

Beautiful designs but falls apart immediately and not all parts received

I ordered 2 cups - dragonflies and giraffe, Giraffe box, which was inside another box, was in bad condition; opened it & no lid, no straw, when I pulled it out it immediately separated. Dragonfly had all parts included, nice box but when I went to hand wash the two cup pieces came apart. I ended up super gluing it back together and has been good so far. These were birthday gifts for my daughter so very disappointing, I gave it two stars because the designs are lovely and if the giraffe had contained the lid I would have repaired the cup with superglue and used it. Bottom line is that I do not feel it is worth the price.

Beautiful but horrible

Unfortunately I've had to purchase this cup 4 times w/in a few short years, my latest, less than a month ago. I keep rebuying it, because I love the picture on it, and it's lightweight. Unfortunately, if this cup/tumbler is dropped for any reason, on any surface, the inner cup that holds the liquid detaches from the outer cup, which is nothing more than a cylinder the inner cup sits in, which has the paper picture in it. After 4 times of this happening, I'm on the phone with Amazon asking for a free replacement, 4 purchases is enough, I'm done buying it and/or an Amazon credit. It's obvious that this item in all picture items, is made very poorly. I don't suggest this purchase.

Broken but beautiful

Bought 2 of these 1 for my girlfriend and 1 for myself. My girlfriends thank goodness was perfect. Loved it. Mine unfortunately came with a broken lid and did not fit properly. So sadly I paid for something that had to go right in the garbage. If you buy this product it is very nice I just hope you get one that works. Sherri

cute, but sharp

This is a cute insulated cup and is suitable for holding cold water. As I washed it for the first time, the inside edge was sharp and cut my knuckle. Be careful when washing this cup.
