Can I exchange them ?

I don't want my money back I want to exchange them never worn them just opened the box my last ones finally gave way and these new ones have the left shoe has a metal piece coming out or sitting to high you can feel it with your hand and when you try them on so can I exchange them or am I'm out of luck Remember I never wore them I just trust the manufacturer and never 2nd guess them ?

Lasted a few months

Shoes were great for the 1st few months. Total of 8 months I had them. Within 6 of those months they started to shred.i work for transit and on my feet all day, approximately 6k+ steps a day, the outside stood up to the water and snow, the inside around the ankles shred and the material is thin. Never got water inside which was good. As far as slipping on anything on the floor these were also great with the non slip sole on bottom. The inner anti fatigue soles are great for the 1st few months but should be changed out every 3months. I ordered wide width which fit fine. If they made the inner material better this would be a great shoe. Timberlands guarantee of 1 year is or will not be valid due to excessive wear from what they told me but gave me a 25 e gift card to use online...

Works as expected.

They work really well for work shoes. I'm always on my feet and they're comfortable for long 8 hrs+ days. It's been a year so far and water resistant works perfectly. I use them so much, that on my days off I just walk through water forgetting I don't have them on and you know the rest. Definitely worth the $90 I spent on them last year. I do have to change the insoles, it's that time. Will buy again once the water starts to come in. Those other reviews are lazy people not untying the shoes and just trying to force their foot in every time. That's how it wears out so fast. Easily avoidable.

Best boots EVER

The media could not be loaded. Although there is an issue with the rear heel area, this is the second time I’m purchasing this boot. My old boots are about 3 years old with heavy industrial use and miles of walking on concrete. The comfort level of these boots far surpasses any issue I’ve had with the heel. If it got loose I’d rip that out and went on my way. They are work boots, period and the good far outweigh any bad related with the heel area. I own red wings and have tried other brands and I’m sticking with this. This boot is worth every penny.

If you have wide feet BEWARE!

I did the Amazon try before you buy. They felt kinda weird in the beginning but i figured they just needed to conform to my feet. I've had them 3 weeks now and my feet are killing me. But with try before you buy you cannot leave your home with the items on our get them dirty. Waste of$145
