Played with my brother for the first time and promptly bought it to go with our classic ticket to ride game. Super fun!

A nice upgrade but $20 for a few cards?? ehhh

I really like the full size cards and new routes are nice but $20 just to have normal cards? kinda expensive, might be worth it if its on sale but full size cards should be part of the base game.

Great purchase

This expansion pack adds so much to the game! Not only are the cards a normal size, but there are so many extra routes and wild cards. Highly recommend.

Great addition to the USA Ticket to Ride

This expansion pack provides much larger cards than the original Ticket to Ride. They are easier to handle and to shuffle. Also, many more destination cards are available, which allows for all players to request destination cards during the game. We have spent many hours playing Ticket to Ride and the expansion pack is absolutely worth purchasing. We are in our 60s.

This is a great update for your ticket to ride game. The original destinations are also included so that you have a large deck of tickets.

Great addition

The larger cards make the game much more pleasant to play. The additional destination cards also are a nice feature. We haven’t tried any of the alternate rules except using the 15 point bonus for the player that completes the most tickets. That tends to negate the long-route strategy.

Lots of family enjoyment!

Bought these cards more as a replacement for the original (tiny) train cards in the main game, but love the additional routes it includes. Our family gets lots of family game time with this set.

Larger playing cards and more play options

The larger sized train and trip cards are easier to shuffle and play with and the new routes expand game options.

Bought for the larger card format

Only bought this to get the standard size cards for the normal USA game. Apart from the normal sized cards you get more route cards and three rule variants on the original game together with a change in the bonus, There is also a card to show switch from longest continuous line bonus to most completed routes bonus. There is a subtle difference between the standard routes and the two additional groups of routes which allows you to sort them easily.

Great addition to the board game. The larger tickets are a bit easier to hold than in the original base game and the variety of routes has added a lot. When we first played with the new routes no one had a clue where anyone was trying to go. Highly recommended.
