Great Shirt - Too Large For Me

After reading several reviews that said this shirt too short and to order a size bigger I ordered a 2X. It is too big and it hangs down far over my waist and the shoulders are too lose. I am 5'3" 200# and wear a size Large or XXL. I usually have trouble with shirts being too small in the shoulders or the sleeves too tight but that's not the case for me. My bra size is also a B cup, this could be what makes the difference, say for the women who say it's too short, it could be that they have a much larger cup size and the result of that pulls the shirt up considerably. So my take away is if you're short like me, have a short midriff like me, and have a smaller cup size, like me then you won't have to order a size larger.

The XXS is way too big

I thought they sent the wrong size. I said this must be an xxl and then I looked at the tag and it said xxs. Is this some kind of new plus size xxs? I'm 5'7 110 and I would think and xxs would be very fitted on me, but no. This is maybe a normal medium I would say. I wanted a fitted white tee, that's the whole point of me getting such a small size t shirt.

Small measurements -- so soft and cute but too tiny to fit

Measurements done laying flat: 19" long top of neck on the very top of the fabric all the way down to the bottom of the shirt, under armpit to the other armpit laying flat is 18 3/4", and bottom of the shirt laying flat from side to side is 18 3/4" also. (there is no drawstring, even though the description says so) The colors are a nice pastel. The shirt's tag says 100% cotton & it is definitely soft and it would be so comfortable if it fit like an adult small should fit. Tag says Made in India. The shirt is thin but not too thin to see though; it's really a lovely shirt. We just could not keep this pretty Adult Small shirt, because it's the same size as a child's medium shirt that would fit a 4th grade normal sized kid on the growth chart. I have taken measurements to help you compare against your own shirts for it. I would totally recommend this shirt to anyone's elementary aged child or a very tiny petite woman might be able to fit it by comparing measurements of the actual shirt I listed.
