I'll address the most frequently asked, obvious question first. This is approx. 11.5cm/4½" long and internally 2.5cm/1" in diameter. It squeezes down snugly to any size and also stretches by about 50%. I am an average(?) 6"x1½" and had no trouble, with plenty of stretch left. Unless you are equine-sized you should have no trouble. It's packaged in a very secure hard plastic case that also has a packet of lube hidden in the base - apparently many people miss this as they tear it open. The case also doubles as a stand (more later). This is very discreet, it looks just like some modern home ornament and you could stand it next to your TV or amongst a group of pillar candles and no-one would pay it any attention at all. The sleeve itself is made of an incredibly soft, pliable, jelly-like elastomer which feels incredibly flesh-like, not like plastic at all. This is my first toy, so I really don't know very much and still learning. I can only compare it against the real thing and the Tenga Flip Hole Black that I'm still testing. On first impressions, it's pretty awesome! (Review was written after several trials) To answer the second most-asked question, although I haven't tried them all, I don't think that the design makes that much difference. As some have said about the Tenga Eggs, they're so soft and mushy that it all feels a bit the same. Personally, I was hoping for a much rougher, firmer experience but this is okay, and can be improved with practise and technique. To use simple turn inside out, so the bumps are inside, lube up and have at it. The amount of lube seems critical, too little and it's grippy and unpleasant, too much and there's little sensation as you swim about. It seems to work better if you lube your glans and the entry rather than putting it inside. The amount of pressure you exert and where is completely configurable by using one or both hands. This is not really the same as the real thing, but using the sleeve you can reproduce physically _exactly_ what you like best, as long as you can keep it up (pun intended) which might not be possible with a partner IRL. I had no trouble simulating any variety of 'ahem' situations simply by varying the pressure/speed/stroke and motion. It is sealed except for the entry hole, so nothing gets away, nor is there adjustable suction (by tapping your finger over a hole as with some products) but you could add this if you wanted by piercing it. It can produce some pretty amazing suction by squeezing out all the air inside and using a milking action. Depending on your usage style, it varies from silent to quiet realistic noises, so can be very discreet if needed. I use it in the shower sometimes, which is completely private and very easy to clean up. It does need lube, so I suspect it won't work very well underwater unless you apply almost no pressure. To clean, simply turn it back inside-out and wash with warm soapy water. Simplicity. The base suspends the sleeve in the air so it dries inside and out. Personally I find that this doesn't work as well as it could (still wet 24 hours later) I think that simply laying it down somewhere airy (not in sunlight) is sufficient. On durability, the material is so soft and almost delicate that even though it's supposed to last "50 uses" I'm very mindful of my nails when inverting it, and it feels like it would not take any really rough play (equivalent to condom-breaking) but as long as you lube enough and don't over-stretch it, it should last. I would not put this through the dishwasher as some do with their toys, I suspect the heat and chemicals would destroy it in short order. It's pretty expensive, but is cute, discreet, reusable, easy to use and easy to clean. For the money and features I'm enjoying this far more than the Tenga Flip Hole (will post review when I learn enough about it to say). Edit - Update Dec 2014: To answer the third ranked FAQ, on durability, this has lasted far more than the recommended lifespan of '50 uses' (maybe a hundred?), and it's still in great condition (I look after it well though) and at this stage it's lost the clean glossy ceramic-like look, it's kind of worn and matt finish now, with a few tiny pits, bumps and scorelines. This does not affect it's performance at all, and I expect it will last quite a bit longer before it finally fails. I'm very happy with it , and in fact thinking about buying another Tenga sleeve, just for variety. Edit- Update May 2016: No noticeable damage increase asides from one small pit and I've used it hundreds of times over the last two years. I expect at this rate it will last another two years or so, well past the advised "50 uses". Yes you can use it in the bath, but unless there is a lot of bath oil (not recommended for this product) the water will wash away the lube very quickly, leading to excessive and unpleasant friction. Excellent value and top product. Edit- Update July 2017: Now showing a little wear and tear, still fine, probably averaging about 75 uses a year. I think Tenga's advice about durability might be quite conservative.
