Super EASY!

Despite what other reviewers may stated about difficulty, it was really easy!

Never did anything like this, not too hard at all and works GREAT! For LED taillights ONLY!

I originally ordered the non-led T-connector by Curt, as Amazon suggested that it fit my 2013 Dodge Journey. It did not (mine has LED taillights). The Curt was MUCH simpler to install, had it fit, and I was a bit daunted with the complexity of this kit, having never done anything like this before. But I have to say that the entire process went fairly smoothly. A word of advice, before you get started go down to your local home store and some Split Flex Tubing to wrap your wires in. Trust me, buy a lot of it, save the receipt and take whatever you don't use back. Aside from looking much more professional, it keeps your wiring out of the elements. I ended up covering all of my trailer wiring afterward as well. While your at the home store, you may as well pick up some extra heavy duty Nylon Cable Ties, you'll use quite a bit of these as well. The instructions kind of suck, one of the last steps said connect the wire from the positive battery terminal to the RED wire coming out of the box (the wire was actually black), so watch the video at ETrailer.com - https://www.etrailer.com/tv-install-trailer-wiring-2013-dodge-journey-118536.aspx

The Tekonsha 118536 T-One Connector Assembly was a perfect for for my 2018 Dodge Journey with LED taillights. The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow.

Good product, may take a little longer to install if you aren’t a mechanic

After I got it all installed and tied up on the car worked great! Everything fit nicely, Easy to install but it can take longer than what they say is typical, I believe they said it may take about 1 hour. Took me about hour and a half, maybe two hours from start to finish, I just used drive up ramps.

Fit my 2014 journey perfect. Takes an hour longer to do a neat job. Need about 6 more zip ties.

Needs more zip ties. Takes longer than estimated if it's the first one you have put on.
