Quality foam mat for home gym

These are a nice home gym mat option. At 3/8” thick and 71” long they work well for me as a 6ft guy using them on a concrete garage floor. The bottom has nice non-stick surface which works well. These aren’t as high quality foam as some gym ones like SPRI I have used but they should last.

Comfortable for at home workout

The media could not be loaded. comfortable even in small spaces like an apartment, relatively narrow. Took it to the park as well for an outdoor workout on grass.

Too lightweight

It’s too lightweight and as a result hard to lay flat. Will have to ‘train’ it to stay that way. I found it it be somewhat slippery because of how lightweight it was.... looking for a different mat for my at home workouts.
