Nice, lightweight signs worded perfectly for me!

Printed plastic sign (like a heavy trash bag weight) covering a metal frame. Not a plastic board, but still durable, lightweight and weather-resistant. Accepts permanent marker well. Worked well for what I needed.

Too Short/Small

The vinyl(ish) material to write on is great! Sharpie dried quickly and no smudging. We put these out and it rained all night. Our signs were still in great shape the next morning. However, the signs are just too small. The address was not easily read when driving by or even stopped right beside the signs, even when taking advantage of every inch of room given to write on. Also, the stand was short and the sign disappeared in even the slightest high grass.

Great for quick sales but not large

These worked great because we were in a pinch getting signs and these were helpful. The are easy to use and post but the are quite small. Like the size of a legal piece of paper. Hard to read when you are not up on it. Also not much room to put address in large letters. We will keep for next time but may add some neon lights lol

Fits in well into dirt

Was doing a garage sale and it fit well into the ground without falling down

Worked well for 2 day sub garage sale.

The signs were used for a 2 day sub garage sale. We left them up overnight and they were still intact for the second day. Removed them after the sale and only one was damaged and had to be pitched. We are saving the rest of them for the sale this summer. Thought they would be bigger in size but did the job just fine.

They are colourful and an eye catcher, but a bit small . Worked good though easy setup and take down .
