Odor Eaters insoles

Insoles were like any other odor eaters, however I was supposed to get 3 packs of 3 pairs for a total of 9 pairs and only received 1 pair of insoles. Very poor and misleading customer service by the seller.

Arrived without packaging!

The insoles work as expected, fine quality. However, I was very unimpressed that the seller shipped the insoles with an address label stuck to the outside of the original packaging--not even in an envelope! I hope this is not the start of a trend with Amazon purchases just having a label slapped on them and then mailed.

Not the same Odor-Eater

These Odor-Eaters are much thinner than what they used to be. I have been buying them for decades and these are thinner, plus the top white layer starts getting dark within a few weeks, and the color comes off on your socks. I purchased them a few months ago and little pieces of black are coming off. The other issue with being so thin is that they tend to move forward easily, making it necessary to pull them back before putting my shoes on. Do they stop odor? So far, yes. But the hassle of fussing with them, and the stain on my socks is unacceptable. Time to try a competitive product.

Don't last very long.

1) The ad is misleading. The ad text says you are getting three packs of three, for a total of nine. You are not, you are simply getting one package of three. With all the negative reviews calling this out, I am surprised amazon hasn't fixed this. 2) They are effective, but if you are using them all day they only last a day or two. So you are paying $5 CAD for a pair of insoles that might last you two days. After that, they are crumpled up and disintegrated. 3) The price is very high for a pack of three. You can get them at the drugstore for less.

DO NOT BUY!!!!! THEY SEND ONLY ONE PACK OF THREE! Very misleading when the say Odor-Eaters Ultra Comfort Odor-Destroying Insoles, One Size Fits All, Extra Value Pack, 3 Pairs per Pack, (Pack of 3) and charge over three times retail for only one pack when you expect to be buying 3 three packs.
