Cute but not as adjustable as others

Ordered these with two other pairs on Prime Wardrobe for my wide-footed tot. They’re really cute shoes but the strap across the top isn’t elastic like many of Stride Rite’s other toddler shoes. My son has extra wide feet and there’s no “give” when putting them on. I couldn’t close them over enough to ensure a good fit. We went with the Artie sneaker instead and they been excellent for him.

Cute for narrow feet

I don’t know if it’s just my babe’s foot, but we got the wide version of these and they are still hard to strap down. I have sandal style Stride Rites in 3.5 regular that fit fine. They’re super cute and well made, though! Just wouldn’t recommend for wider feet.

Great shoes

Great wide shoes! They are super cute and soft which is great for a toddler. They are a bit small in length and don’t fit great over my sons super fat high arches so I might return them for a larger shoe in the same brand and similar style.

Great For New Walkers

Toddlers who are learning to walk need flexibility and comfort, I have bought this shoe is 3 different sizes now. My toddler is still not the best walker so as much as I would love to buy him some cool vans, these are the type of shoes that will help him with his new ability to walk and getting his proper balance and preventing falls

The velcro tab could be a little longer. If your baby had feet that are more narrow you will be fine.

The Best Toddler Shoe

I needed wide shoes or xw shoes for my little toddler. We tried two other brands first that didn't fit the chubby little foot. These were perfect! They are no trouble to get on and are an easy first shoe to learn to walk in. They're worth the extra money!

Strap too short!

While the quality of these shoes is great, the strap is too short on the Wide! It seems they didn’t lengthen the strap on these wider shoes and therefore they are basically useless because I cannot keep them closed and tripping for a new Walker is just unacceptable. Very frustrating as all they needed to do was make it a cm longer!
