Not wide as advertised :(

I have a 2 yo, who is in the 99% tile, so she is pretty tall. I bought these shoes because they were advertised as “wide”. The shoes are cute, look exactly like the picture, they seem like nice quality, but I had to return them as they are not wide. They are actually quite narrow to the point that i gave up when trying to put them in my little one because they were feeling so tight. In some of the pics the shoes look more narrow than in others, so really pay attention to this if you are looking for a wide shoe. I took 2 stars off because if they were advertised as wide and they are not.

Great shoes as long as you buy the right size!

We have bought striderite before and they’ve been great shoes and last until we’re ready for the next size. Buy at least a size up in wide. For reference, my daughter is just starting to wear her Nike’s in 10c, they are still a bit big. The 11 wide are perfect for her now, nice and snug on her foot with room to grow.

Run small

Cute shoes, but they run pretty small. At least 1/2 size too small, which is a bummer because my daughter was only able to squeeze into them a couple times before she outgrew them.

Great sneaker

These sneakers have been great on my daughter. She is really hard on shoes but she wears these every day for school and I’ve washed them several times and they have held up. The rubber has endured and stayed together unlike previous sneakers. This is probably the cutest and most durable shoe she’s had in a while. Very satisfied.

Not wide enough

I bought the wide one of this model for my baby ,they are cute but they are not wide enough and hard to put them on.

Wash well, durable, and comfortable

You can throw these shoes into the washer and they come out super clean. The shoes are also durable and provide support to little growing feet
