Nice with one exception

Bought for wife as present. Well liked, but as mentioned by others, the attempt at the authentic rustic look falls short. I will be soon be getting a can of spray paint out to take care of that aspect.

Pretty

It's a little larger (larger circumference) than I had imagined, but it's as stated. It IS pretty if you like an industrial look--it is rather rustic in appearance. It would also be great as a vase for a large bouquet of flowers.

This is a great candle holder. I currently have it on a bookcase with a battery operated candle in it. I have also used it with a small pillar candle (I put it in another jar), and with a jar candle. It goes with almost any decor, in any room. It’s pretty, and sturdy. I have considered buying another.

Very (!) distressed

Candle holder is a great size and a 4x6 candle is perfect. But I was really put off by the “distressing”… just looked like sloppy finish work. But about $8 worth of Rustoleum satin black spray paint transformed it!

The design was good, the workmanship was awful.

The design was good, poor workmanship. The metal frame was not painted in several spots, the raw metal showing through. Unfortunately I was slow in opening the package and unable to return it.

Wanted a candle pillar holder and thought this would match perfect with my decor but it was too big for the space I wanted to put it in.

Needs big candles

It's big so you need big pillar candles, best are 3 or 4 inch wide X 8 or 9 inch tall candles. Looks great on my industrial style dining table.
