Good Replacement for Stock Clutch

This replaced stock clutch on a Bushhog powered finishing mower that I use to keep the fields around my house under control. Running it off an 10.5 HP Briggs and Stratton engine. Easy to install and working perfectly so far. I'm not sure if the Amazon description addresses maximum horsepower, but I discovered on the internet AFTER I ordered this that it is intended for a relatively small engine (say up to 5 HP) but it is working fine on the larger B&S. Cutting grass probably puts less stress on it than a go cart would. One minor quibble with the distributor (not Amazon)... the first one I received had obviously been opened and repackaged. It was missing a set screw so I could not install it on receipt. Amazon customer support was excellent and arranged a new one to be sent to me overnight. Bravo Amazon!

This clutch is shipped with comet packaging and it's a stens u cant get parts cause comet doesnt sell to amazon and stens u have to be a dealer to get parts.so if the red springs are to heavy toilet the clutch fully engage like mine on my 6 hp sawmill.then ur screwed.amazon only will replace or reimburse u that's it.

This was the exact replacement clutch for my sawmill. So far I've got about 4 hours on it and it seems to have restored the lost power to my mill and is working well.

This clutch is not very strong .. put it on a 10 hp .. slips and smokes
