Perfect for the job

Absolutely Perfect fit

I had bought a Briggs and Stratton 83132-1035-F1 550 and needed a pulley for it so when I came across this little gem I just laid it on the line and went for it. I was not disappointed because this was amazing. It fit perfectly. After lining up, it slid very tightly on the shaft and then, I gently tapped the key into place. The only other thing I could have wished was for it to include that key. Fate, as we will soon discover had other plans. I had just broken the tip of a screwdriver and was going to cut the shaft to make a key. But alas, the shaft was too big and in my despair, I fell to my knees and looked to the heavens about to give up all hope. It is during these times we must never loose that hope for that is exactly when the answer found me. There was another broken screwdriver sitting up on a higher shaft. I took my measurements and YES! It fit beautifully! After cutting and polishing the end slightly, I was able to tap it into place and tighten the screw. The day had been saved by the simplest of things. So yes, my friend... this pulley was worth it.

Fits Harbor freight 6.5HP

This will fit your Harbor freight motor. Thats the main thing people want to know. I am using this on a rototiller that had a 4 HP motor. 1/2 throttle and harbor freight and I can churn right through 1" tree roots. I recommend an AX style belt for longevity if you are putting a larger engine on something and using a belt to connect it. I ended up using an AX20 example: AX=style 20=inches circumference.

Cheap imitation of a real pulley

It works, but don't let the photo fool you. This is a 2 piece stamped steel pulley not a cast and machined piece. I guess you get what you pay for.

TOO TIGHT, won't fit a perfect 3/4" shaft!

Not 3/4" as listed. I did not have a 3/4" drill, so I stone-enlarged the hole during an hour of work. If I was not needing quickly, to finish a project, I would have returned it! Taiwan sticker on bag, so I guess the maker did not know what 3/4" meant!
