Just what I needed to get more life out of my drum sander

Didn't work for me

I have a Supermax 19/38. The cleaning pad is mounted to a thin piece of plywood which is cupped / bowed real bad so when you send it through it only catches the edges and the middle is untouched. The part that does hit the drum turned into a gooey mess and showed no sign of cleaning the drum at all. However, it did leave sticky goo balls all over everything. I have a small hand held stick i use for my disc and belt sander and it worked much better. I think if the pad wasn't stuck to the warped plywood it would have at least hit the entire drum instead of the edges but I question the quality of the pad in general when it left nothing but gooey balls everywhere. I threw it in the trash.
