Flimsy, very disappointing.

The media could not be loaded. Works, but very light weight compared to my last American Standard kitchen faucet purchased several years ago. The main issue is how the spout moves freely up and down with no way to tighten it up. This movement didn't happen with the previous faucet. If I had known, I would have kept the old one an rebuilt it, whish I had. I called American Standard and verified this issue & was told this movement is normal, really? ???? If you view the photo I took of the underside looking up, you will see that there is no way to tighten the spout. They went on to say that I should take it back to whoever I got it from if I wasn't happy ???? No mention of my expense with paying a professional plumber to install it, or, paying to have a replacement faucet installed if I decided to do so. Very disappointing ????

Fell apart quickly.

The water flow was too slow. Replaced the aerator helped some but the sprayer was still too weak. A screw underneath came loose and fell out making the unit wobble. Also, appears to use a non standard ceramic cartridge. Uses screws rather than held by the screw cap. May cost more to replace. Not recommended.

Lasted 6 weeks

This was sent either from the Amazon warehouse or a supplier connected with Amazon. A plumber installed it correctly and it lasted about 6 weeks--a piece of junk!. When I called American Standard they asked where I had purchased it. When told, they responded that this was a discontinued model and they then replaced it free with a new model that so far has been trouble free. We have used American Standard for many years and don't know if this first product was a knock-off or not. Deal with the company personally!

One issue from the start and then the base leaked and now no water.

From the beginning, the faucet was very difficult to move from side to side, very stiff. After about 2 1/2 years, it leaked around the base and now it doesn't work at all. The side sprayer still works fine, so there's water getting to it but not the faucet.
