Battery is dead.....

I've enjoyed this item and been good for 2 years. The only way I can use it now is to plug it in. The last brand I bought at Costco lasted until it fell on the water....;-). Response from customer service below: Thank you for reaching out to us. I would be happy to assist you. However, we do not stock or sell spare parts as these products are shipped to us as a whole unit from our overseas factories. I may suggest trying to check other online shops like (Amazon, eBay, Home Depot, Walmart, Lowes, etc.) or one of the local stores near you to see if they have similar batteries available for you to purchase. this is the perfect tool for someone trying to do simple tasks. I personally used it to re-put up some shelves. I screwed straight into the stud and this did the job well. I did have to hand screw-like last of 5% of the screw when screwing into the stud because of how tight it got but I actually did the project for the first time around, a few months back and it took me hours to hand screw 16 screws into the studs. it was the worst thing ever on my hands! and this screwdriver made the project sooooo much easier and shortened the time to maybe 30 mins MAX. this is the perfect tool for beginners before buying a more heavy-duty drill.

Good machinery, bad accessories

I bought this for my husband. He is a Dell driving tech, and I liked that it was an organized and convenient kit, so he could get in and out as quickly as possible. The machine itself is great so far, the setup and case are all convenient and easily accessible. Its all just like the picture portrayed. However, upon closer inspection, the bits aren't good quality at all. Either the molds used were trash, or the bits got warped after production, because they are uneven and wavy on the tip. Most of the torx bits dont even have proper grooves, and most likely will not grab, or end up stripping the bit or screw in the process. If you decide to buy this item, i woild suggest getting a good quality bit set as well, or if you already have bits, just replace the ones in the case with them, so u can still have it all together, because the set-up and case were the true selling points. Its a shame the bits are just no good.

I think this is a great value.

This worked well to assemble furniture from Amazon and it's an essential part of my furniture assembly toolkit. It's good for that. For all-day heavy-duty use, I would've bought something else but for the price and furniture assembly, it's very useful and a great value. There are bits of every size. My only gripe is that the charging light doesn't turn green when the enclosed battery reaches full charge. I'd buy it again.

Good tool. Lightweight. Has a flashlight. Not the strongest but for projects with screws and drill bits it does the job. Plenty pieces to use and switch out. Good batter life. Fast shipping

This is a lemon tool, and I'll need a different brand now.

If the battery could work for more than 5 mins, I'd give this a 2 star for functionality and colour only, but certainly not performance or reliability. The battery is the pits, no strength, no torque, and not worth the cost of postage, even if it was free.

Easy to use

Works pretty good..no indicator to show if the battery is fully charged. Lasts long enough to get small jobs done, no issues putting screws into wood.

Good, but not strong enough

When I bought the screwdriver, I was looking for the cheapest one, so I cannot tell too much about it. However, it's a very helpful tool for a good price. I recommend it for who are needing tools to set up Ikea's furniture.

Not really very powerful more lightweight I guess you could say but I need a powerful dependable (I tried drilling in a screw it only had so much oompf and didnt work well)
