Squeegee doesn't stay in the hook

I cant get the squeegee to stay on the pole. It just keeps falling out every time I swipe it or even barely move it

Good reach, storability and fair function for the money.

We rent a cottage and need to often clean the California soot and dirt off the windows, so this got the job done. The worst of it, in my estimation, the squeegee was too ridged, making it difficult to pull a clean line without a followup wipe at times. I did like the adjustable reach which for us eliminated use of a latter, except if a wipe was needed. So, I didn't hate it or love it either, but got the job done and will again, I'm sure.

Love it but reason below why only three stars

Works amazing. Easy to use. Con is they do not sell extra paddings. You only have one padding that comes when purchasing it. So clean half of the house one day. Wash it and clean the other half of the house next weekend.

Works great except squeegee falls out occasionally

Works really well, except the squeegee falls out easy. I had read it it other reviews and assumed they just didn’t put it in correctly. But other than that it cleans and wipes awesome. Can extend really long for my high windows

Nice item, but…….,,

Purchased for outside windows, to keep me off the ladder. The squeegee isn’t the best. Might work better for the lower windows, will be easier to control.

Works excellent on my outside windows.

I loved this. It worked very well. Made cleaning the windows super easy. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a quick easy job of cleaning your windows.

Falls apart

It is very difficult to keep the rubber strip on when cleaning the windows. It slides out and falls off constantly. Needs better attachment,
