RUNS SMALL, order at least one size larger

I read the other reviews regarding this brace running small. Using the measurements suggested on the package, I was at the very top of the "medium" size bracket. I was going to order a large, but since people said this brace ran very small, I decided to order an X-Large. It fits perfectly. If it was any smaller, it would be too small. I suggest ordering at least one size up from what the measurements on the box say you need, or two sizes up if you are near the top of a size bracket. As far as quality, this is a nice brace. Well made, with an aluminum splint bar inside to hold your wrist in the correct position and four velcro adjustment points to get a custom fit. I like that it is made of cotton/rayon stretch fabric on the inside, since my skin does not like synthetic fabrics that don't breathe. I also like that it is a neutral color, so if I need to wear it in public, it is less obvious. It is washable, which is handy (after sliding out the metal brace bar). The brace itself is excellent, but I took off a star because of the incorrect sizing advice on the box from the manufacturer.
