Not the same stuff

I was surprised at junk that did not dissolve in solution so before use that got strained out. In the foam pump bottle the solution is way too soupy instead of foamy. Convenient maybe but not the same.

Good alternative to plastic bottles,but better 7oz water

I like that I'm not using plastic and that i can reuse my bath and body works containers. It could use a little more scent, so I try to put only 7 oz of water, then I add a little of the kitchen lemon scent for a boost. Have reordered 3 times.

Smells like furniture polish

The soap itself is fine. Lemon scent smells like furniture polish. In addition, in a clear soap dispenser in the bathroom, the yellow color kinda looks like urine—not attractive! Also, very disappointed in the ridiculous amount of extra packaging. Especially when part of the point of purchase is to reduce waste.

Works but. . .

I like the aluminum container. I like the brand. I don’t like that there is hardly any scent and that the foam is light and breaks down very quickly. I got a good price on it, but I wouldn’t buy it again unless they changed the formula.

Just ok

I appreciate the effort to cut down on plastic, and that should be applauded. However, if you are going to get me to give up my very guilty pleasure of Bath and Body Works foaming soaps, you'll have to do better, Softsoap. This soap is thin, doesn't foam well and does not give you the rich, luxurious feel of a foaming soap. I'd have to probably use a lot more than indicated to try to feel in any way satisfied by the texture of this soap. I wanted to like it and if you are a person who doesn't care too much about how your hands smell and feel after a wash, and you want to help the environment, this is for you. I do like the pump container. The smell is meh.

Great but could be better

It's a good product, good idea. It gets watery and you have to shake it before you use it almost every time. Could be better

Needs an unscented version

I have sensitive skin so most soaps, laundry or body wash, I use unscented versions. Other than that, its a good product. It doesn’t take long for the tablets to dissolve. If you could make it into soap strips like the laundry soap, packaging could be less.

Why so much packaging

So the whole point of using these tablets is to reduce waste from packaging, and yet a refill pack takes up quadruple the space of the tablets and uses 3x the packaging of other soaps. The soap is good, the company is confused. This isnt a pack of lightbulbs. Its not delicately fragile, and it doesnt need to arrive pristine.
