Smart lights are not perfected yet

Update: customer service was really good. I was able to get replacement lights to replace the two lights that malfunctioned, and everything seems to be working good now. My kids especially really enjoy these lights, and it’s nice to be able to dim them for a relaxing atmosphere. The downfall is that you can’t control the lights from the app when the actual light switch is turned off. I ordered a set of these lights for my bedroom, and one of them started malfunctioning about 3 months after they were installed. I ordered another set to replace an even worse crap set that I had in my dining room, and one of the drivers was bad and it ruined two of the lights. I hate ordering from Amazon because you have to return everything in order to get replacement parts.

Smart lights for family room

Easy to install and set up, got them up and running in 20 minutes. Have them on three different names so I can turn on, off or adjust color and brightness with voice. Google home and Alexa both work

After auto-prompted software/firmware update - work perfectly

I had them installed by electrician - so I cannot speak to ease of install. Used the app to connect to them. I purchased a 12 pack , you need to connect to each light and do a software/firmware update . Afterward - works well. Without app control , light is 10k white bright - use the app to bring the tone to more of a regular lighting color. Easy to do red, blue. Green etc as well - tested , works well .

Nice lights if everything worked

Lights are nice, bright and have good color. Only issue is one light and one junction box/ transformer is defective. Now I have to take them all down and pay for shipping to return them. Would have been nice if I could’ve replace only the faulty items.

Easy install and actually connected to my WiFi

Used the lights for our patio! They work great and very bright when wanted. Didn’t think I would use the color features, but dimming the lights a nice blue is perfect for the late night. I do wish the lights also came with some type of remote that can be mounted in addition to the app. Alexa voice controls don’t always work the best and it would be nice for others to control the lights when needed.

Fun easy and versatile

Love these 4” recessed lights… they are slim install and go pretty much anywhere. I used them here in my bathroom renovation just to give some fun ambiance (colors in the photos are just for example, not necessarily the ambiance I’m shooting for). The colors change easy. The units turn on, off and dim via the app. You can group units together, set scenes… it’s all really easy. If you just want them white… no problems. Set them to soft or bright, it’s up to you. Love the versatility!

Awesome Lights

I was skeptical as there are so many brands of these lights on amazon. I picked these as they had a separate controller that was easy to configure. Lights are well made, super bright, colors are amazing and the app interface is easy to use. My kids love them. Customer service was amazing.
