Adjustable pressure regulator.

I use this BEFORE the wand, between the hose and bottom of handgrip/trigger

I insert this BEFORE the wand, between the hose and bottom of handgrip/trigger. It adjusts easily under pressure and works fine there as well as after the main wand assembly where the instructions show to place it. This alternate location lets me attach it to a smaller handgrip (with an adapter) that I use to wash the car, which has a foamer attachment after the grip, that I remove to rinse before and after the foaming. The lower pressures make it safe for car panels, glass and trim, however, I crank it up to 100% for washing wheels/tires. For outside home use there are many instances where I need to be able to easily reduce the pressure, and this does the job. Get one!

Add versatility to your pressure washer

I bought a 3200 psi pressure washer but also wanted to use it to wash my car. This regulator solved the problem. Buy this and add to the jobs you can do around the house.

Common defect

I have ordered a number of these and while they are great tools the fact that the outer casing separates on everyone of them is very annoying! They really need to improve the product and correct the problem.

Great addition to pressure washer

This pressure regulator allows me to use my pressure washer for all surfaces and objects now. I no longer peel the brick off the house or the finish off of patio furniture. Very easy to adjust on-the-go and dial in the right pressure. You do need to remove it if using soap or a cleaning solution, but it’s easy to remove and replace as needed.

Impressive for the money

You need this. It's inexpensive and it's a game changer. With this adapter, you can safely clean many things that you can't touch with full pressure. I have a 3200psi Simpson power washer and this reduced the pressure to 1000psi so that I was able to safely power wash my Ipe deck boards.

Doesn't do anything.

I didn't notice any change in pressure at all. Like at all. Maybe mine is defective.

This is a must have for anyone who wants to reduce the pressure on the wand… Solid, well made and easy to use.

Excellent pressure control

If you have a pressure washer and it doesn't have one of these then you are missing out.
