The media could not be loaded. Very nice for entertaining, weddings, outdoor use, home spa or special occasion dinners. There is an automatic timer for turning on at the time each day and staying on for four or eight hours duration. I prefer the faux flame appearance of this candle to many other models. This is nice size, thick candle with a believable wax surface, there is a bumpy inconsistency sort of feel like an actual hand poured candle. I like this one better than the luminaire variety because the flicker of the flame looks much more realistic unless you look directly down on it bird's eye view and see the wires that move the flame piece back and forth to emulate the appearance of a flickering flame. But on a mantlepiece, in a glass vase like a hurricane lamp or a candleholder with any sort of pattern, this would not be seen at all. This makes it great for decoration for parties, events, holidays, wedding ceremonies and receptions and it is reusable for all sorts of purposes. I really like the idea that items purchased for DIY decor at a wedding can be repurposed for use within one's home for decor or entertaining. I placed mine in a nice heavy hurricane lamp that is large enough to be a table centerpiece, or it could be placed on a side table or buffet table while entertaining. I put colored transparent stones/marbles at the base, but sea glass, beads, buttons, flowers (especially larger full ones such as peonies and roses or a few inches of petals), rocks, rhinestones or any other items can go in there. I like how the light plays and flickers off the glass. This would also look nice placed atop a mirrored surface. I like to set the table one day in advance of an event or party, and being able to set the timer for when I want the candle to turn on the next day is a nice feature, especially if I am using multiple LED candles throughout the entertaining space. This is also useful for lighting dark areas of your home during the evening such as hallways or bathrooms or a child's room. Just enough light to get your bearings if you have to get up during the night. The glow and the light from the candle are soft, not terribly bright, more of a nightlight than a full-on luminary. Used every day, however, goes through batteries after a few weeks. It takes regular batteries which I had around the house, which is more convenient and less expensive than the cell watch style batteries many candles require. I don't dislike anything about the candle, great for being able to set the timer and have it turn on when you want it. I received this item in exchange for my unbiased review.
