BETTER INSTRUCTIONS NEEDED

The instructions are difficult to follow and only provides the drawings to follow. The screws look similar but are lightly different sizes, which made it a challenge to put together. It was difficult to line up parts to the holes to screw, and it required a second person to assist.

Worked for a week

Assembly was exceedingly simple. Even without looking at the directions I was able to put the chair together. The only question I had to have answered by the directions was where to use the longer screws. I like the look of the chair. The head rest is actually a little low; about an inch. The seat is not as cushioned as I hoped. I can feel the board under the cloth and foam. And the biggest failure of the construction, the castor wheels are breaking. I am just over 200 pounds and it seems from the look of the plastic that I exceed the weight rating for this chair. Did I miss that in the description? Less than satisfied as a customer. But as a chair, it does provide a place to sit. Addendum: one month after getting the box delivered to my house, and less than a week after having to replace the wheels because the last set broke, now the part that holds the wheels is bending. I sit on many chairs throughout the day, and they don’t break. Why is this one bending under the strain of my weight. DON’T BUY.

Comfortability

I work from home and i was involved in an accident June of this year. I needed a chair to support my back, and yet be comfortable. So I purchased this chair, and have been very satisfied with this product

This chair is way too hard to put together

The holes for the screws on the bottom are not made for the chair to be put together, they work when you screw in parts separately but once you begin actually putting chair pieces together, they never fit the way they should. If you must buy have someone really strong around because they're gonna need every bit of strength to hold these pieces together in hopes of getting the screw to align and actually go in

Comfy but it bent

It’s a good chair but my only issue is in the material used for support, as I swivel in the chair you notice a very steep bend in the chair and causes me to lean so if I don’t keep the chair In a certain position I cannot sit in it.

Godawful.

Bought this product amazon renewed. I expected it to be a bit rough on account of this. However, the build quality of the chair itself was utterly awful--even for what I expected from a relatively cheap chair. Missing screw holes, misaligned slots, brittle plastic.

Don’t waste your money

This chair was extremely difficult to put together and is cheaply made. You can feel the metal on the height adjuster in the middle of the seat when you sit on it which makes it uncomfortable. I have to use a pillow just to make it more comfortable. It also does not roll that easily, even on a plastic rolling mat.
