Good suitcase, horrible carry-on

Okay I got this suit case because my old one was falling apart and it is awesome! Except for the fact that you can't put the carry-on bag on top of the suitcase because it falls off. The carry-on bag strap also broke so now the bag is useless and I had to throw it away. If you are using this product for the suitcase I definitely recommend, it is very spacious and all of my belongings were safe in sound when I landed. The suitcase also had the perfect amount of small pockets for me to put my stuff in. However, if you are purchasing this suitcase for the carry-on bag I wouldn't recommend this product because both me and my brother purchased this same suit case and both of our carry-on bags broke. Overall an okay product but I would not purchase it again.

Durable lightweight carryon size.

Worked great for our trip. Used as carryone. Not sure how it would stand up to being checked. Seemed to be pretty sturdy.

Perfect Delta Carry-On

We only fly Delta because there's a straight flight between our hometowns. The suitcase fits perfectly overhead without any extra charges. It is small so we usually carry a large backpack to put under the seat as a personal item and this suitcase in the overhead carry-on compartment. I've bought several of them and they've held up pretty well. No issues with the rollers or handles.

Easy to use, no issues with the airlines.

We bought two for our Europe trip and they held everything we needed for 12 days. Very easy to use. The most important thing for us, was not to have checked baggage, as we had to change aircraft at Toronto! No possible issue with the airlines who wete asking for carry on to be checked in because of the high passenger numbers.

Fragile et ne vaut pas le prix demandé

Le produit est d'une taille parfaite mais très fragile, la fermeture éclaire de la pochette avant (en bas) s'est brisée à la première utilisation (départ du premier voyage). La pochette n'a pu être utilisée pour y ranger des choses pour le voyage en entier. La date de retour possible pour un remboursement était bien avant le voyage; donc je me retrouve avec une valise inutile.

Stitching coming apart on both items

We bought two sets of this luggage as it was one of the few carry-on's that actually met Air Canada's maximum dimensions. After returning from our first trip, where this luggage was always in our possession, both the suitcase and the smaller bag had stitching pulled away. Both items are now no longer usable.
