Different Model Then Pictured

The model I received shared the same model number, but it's a good bit different. The model I received contains two rows of rollers, no middle attachment for pumice stone, etc, no vibration, a separate handle instead of being part of the lid like pictured, it has attachable plastic wheels, it has a sauna skirt that you can extend to somewhat seal the heat in, and it has a drain hose. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. I've only used it once so far, but there were no issues with leaking, it got plenty hot in about 20 minutes with cold water, and the hose worked just fine for draining it fully. The only complaints I'd have would be the lack of vibration, the plastic material used for the rollers, and the placement of the heater. My big toes touched the heating section more than a few times, but I understand spacing is limited. The plastic material used for the rollers didn't feel that good over a long period of time. Maybe a softer material like rubber or something would have been nice.

Awsome customer service!

I've had such a great experience with SereneLife, and I wanted to share it. In 2019 my husband purchased this unit for me. It was the previous model, not this one pictured. I loved it, but after having it a short while, the rolling wheel that massages the bottom of the right foot broke off. The small piece of plastic that attached it to the bottom of the unit broke. It may have been broken when I got it, but it took a while for that to become obvious. I continued to use it but then wondered if maybe that little piece could be purchased separately so that we could replace it. I found the company's Facebook page and sent messages along with the requested pictures and was delighted when the customer service rep sent me a tracking number for the part they were sending. Alas, when it arrived, it was the whole bottom replaceable piece for the current model and didn't fit into my unit! I sent another message to let the rep know the piece had arrived but didn't fit my older model. Imagine my surprise when I received an answer back saying they were sending me a whole new unit, the current improved model!! Wow! It has arrived and I'm so pleased with it! The unit is beautiful, and the customer service was outstanding! Five stars for sure!!

Kind of a hassle

The drain plug & drain cord is useful But Cannot seem to get all the water out completely so have to flip upside down in the shower & towel dry. I feel more stressed filling and unfilling then my feet did prior to wanting a good soaking. Couldn’t get the extra cover on once your feet where in the water?!? Would be easier to just soak in a tub with less mess. Over all it does what it is advertised to do! Warm water & soak your feet but that’s about it except the extra water mess.

Very good product

We received this very quickly and it works perfectly. The water heats up quickly which was very important for me. The only thing that kept me from giving this product 5 stars is because I wish it were just a little longer and wider. My husband and myself have average sized feet, 9 and 9.5 US, and there just isn't enough room to move your feet on the rollers or the attachments. The cover is partially removable, it would be nice to be able to remove it completely. Overall we have enjoyed it and it works very well if you just sit still and soak. I have tried to find one with larger dimensions but so far I have not found one. Next day update... unfortunately the massager has stopped working. Packing it up for return. The company was very accommodating in trying to return or replace. So now I'm on the hunt for a larger one. We would have kept this one had it not stopped working.

Amazing for circulation

I got this foot bath for medical purposes. I have a medical condition where my feet hugely lack circulation and they are freezing cold in anything under 65 degrees. Living in the high desert that's about 9 months out of the year. I also recently broke my leg and crushed a main nerve which is causing loss of feeling & discoloration from lack of circulation. I was wary when I bought this but decided to give it a try. I also added in a little bit of eucalyptus foot bath salts. Instantly I felt relief when I used this. I kept my feet in the water for about 20 minutes the first time. I had more feeling in my legs and feet than I have had in months. The warmth and color returned, my skin felt incredibly soft, and I didn't have as severe nerve pain after using this. Highly recommend!

Satisfied Customer!

I use the foot massager for self-care of tired aching feet and aide in smooth, soft skin. I really like the attached handle for easy convenient carry and relaxing the bubbles. The SereneLife Hydro Theary Foot Bath Massager lives up to its name; great product!!! I love it.

Not As Expected

Definitely not well made and not exactly as described. Takes a very long time to get hot and it’s quite loud. No real control for the massaging features and roller is just plastic so not sure where the stone is that’s in the title of this item. I’d challenge the shiatsu massage part as it’s just some rollers that rotate so that’s a bit of a stretch. Definitely not what I was expecting.

It's okay

To big for nothing , it's nothing special . The massage featur where the rollers move automatic just tickles your feet . The bubbles is nice my 5 year old son like it but doesnt do much for a real foot callase dead skin removal it's cheaper to just get a bucket warm water will do the same thing. I wish I had choose a foot bath that had foot scrubber installed inside .

I relax

After a journey of 10 or up to 18 patients, houses with stairs, going up and down several times a day, getting home ... thinking about putting my feet and legs bubbling, heating and massaging, a small SPA.. I love it
