Too skimpy for our tween - bottoms are tiny!

I ordered this suit in 2 sizes for my 12-year old daughter. She has long legs and a thin body. We ordered the 12 and 14 since swimsuits can vary in fit depending on the brand. The print of this suit is adorable. She loved the pineapples. We tried the 12 first. The bottoms were SO skimpy for a tween. I didn't like how little material there was on the sides. No doubt she would have lost it if she'd jumped into the water. The top seemed to run a bit small and the straps didn't extend enough to allow the top to fit snugly on her chest - it just kept riding up. We tried the 14 next and everything seemed too loose. The bottoms were baggy and the top, while it fit better, still had excess material in the chest. Unfortunately we had to send them both back. Thank goodness for Amazon's free shipping and free returns on most of their clothing! Makes shopping in our secluded Wyoming town much easier.

Great suit and excellent quality.

My daughter loves this suit. It is wearing well. It is not see through. Held up to a Hawaii trip no problem. Recommend.
