Less Power & Better Light

We installed the Satco LED lights in our kitchen, family room, entry hall, two bathrooms and are very happy with the illumination - much better than the old incandescent bulbs, fluorescent and halogen. 3000K temperature is brighter than the old yellowish light; but, not glaringly bright. They use much less power and last a whole lot longer.

And it's a pretty decent option at that. These are rather bright and have a good wide beam.

Fit and work with most Lightolier low voltage recessed lights.

I am a licensed electrical contractor in Westchester NY. I used these retrofits to replace older MR-16 low voltage style Lightolier style recessed lights/trims. These did fit, and were able to be positioned tight to the ceiling. It did require a little bit of adjusting the metal clips that hold the trim in place, but that simply requires a bit of trial and error and just simply bending the clips with your fingers until you find the right spot. There are very few others on the market that will fit this style recessed light, and where I am from Lightolier was the golden standard for a very long time. The dimming seemed to work flawlessly, with no buzzing, or flickering.
