Payed for new, but sent a used pair of sandles!

I was very disappointed that I was send a obviously used pair of sandles. This is the second pair of the exact sandle,except for color, I’ve ordered and was very happy with comfort and quality of first pair. I plan on returning these and not sure if I’ll reorder or not! Make sure you check out item if you order from them.

Would be great if they didn't fall apart!

They fit great! Great choice for my weird shaped foot. However, after 6 weeks they came apart at the seam and now I can't wear them. I filed a warranty claim through Keen, so hopefully they get me another pair.

Nice sandals that adapt to your foot

Thanks to the elastic zig-zag on one side of each shoe, these sandals are forgiving and adapt to my feet nicely. I also like that there are 5 holes in the buckle straps so that when my feet swell in the heat I can adjust the strap to make my feet more comfortable. The only downside is that I have high arches and these sandals have no arch support, so I cannot use them or long walks or as sandals for vacation when I plan to do a lot of walking. These sandals are fine for running errands.

Soft leather!! Best sandals I’ve owned so far!

These are so nice and comfortable!! I wear them with shorts, long pants or dresses for church. Totally recommend!

Too heavy

I did not like the look or the feel of these sandals. They seemed heavy and clunky looking. Keen has always been a good product for me. However, I was looking for a versatile sandal that I can wear anywhere for any event. These were not attractive to me so I returned them. If you are looking for comfort and not appearance they might be exactly what you want. Just not for me.

Pretty good

These fit well, but they aren’t as light weight as I thought they’d be. There is no arch support, so not sure how they’ll work for all-day wear. Maybe once they’re broken in the comfort level will get a little better.

Super comfortable. Normally size 6 but ordered 5.5. fits better with smaller size.bi have slim feet, width is perfect. Wish I could find the olive sandal
