Beautiful Hat!

We bought this hat for our neighbor as a birthday gift. She LOVES it!! The hat is well constructed and durable enough that she wears it to the pool frequently!

Poor quality and extremely poor customer service from San Diego hat company

This hat arrived from San Diego company with this horrible odor that gave me a headache every time I got near it; as if it was made with a strong allergen and smelled like something from a farm, old garage, or old storage area. It was supposed to be made of polyester, so I could not understand what it might have been. I wrote San Diego Hat company and it was clear they were not willing to do much to help with either an exchange or accept a return. I will never buy from that company again.
