See through

Overall really cute. Kinda itchy. Not too short and I have long legs. The top is very see through so definitely invest in a tank top for underneath

Serves Its Purpose

This is an average quality Halloween-type costume. If you only want to wear it once or twice, it will be just fine. My daughter needed an outfit for a 50s parade float. She is 5'1" and 105 pounds and this was a bit big in the chest and really roomy in the waist for her. However, the apron allows you to cinch the waist in, so it will work. It is really wrinkly so plan on some low heat ironing. It also has a logo on the back which is unfortunate as it wasn't called out in the selling information. For me, it was a $20 costume that arrived on time, so it serves its purpose. Revision: when checking the dress more closely tonight, I found three stains on it and the hem is mis-sewn. I didn't notice it when I first pulled it from the package so make sure and check it over well when you receive it!

The sizing is pretty common for Halloween costumes

The sizing is pretty common for Halloween costumes. We bought it for and it was worn by a kid who wears a 10/12 girls. The top was a bit loose so she wore a black shirt underneath. I think it would be a better/snug fit for a girl/woman who wore up to a size 2. She's pretty tall for her age and the length was still perfect. Full skirt that moves well. Pretty cute costume for your diner girl! It looked great. Two complaints would be the ridiculous hat is pretty unusable and the white collar pieces have sporadic brown/black printing on the backside. (not visible unless the collar flips up.) Apron was bright white with glittery detailing.

Fit pretty good- decenty quality

Overall it fit pretty good. I did get a hole in the under arm I am assuming because the bust part was fitting good (not tight but close) I am a size SMALL usually, 116lbs and 5'4". It had to be ironed once I got it. The hat did NOT turn out good so I opted out of using it. It came flimsy and was unable to get it to stay even with bobby pins. It looked tacky but the outfit itself was not bad at all!

Cute for a smaller girl

This costume was great for my almost 13-year-old daughter. She wears a size 0 in teens and is 4'4" tall. It would probably fit someone up to a size 6 fine. Any larger than that might be a problem. The costume is cute and somewhat modest compared to many other options. The skirt is short without being too short. The neckline is not too low. The hat needs to be secured with a bobby pin. We are both happy with this purchase.

Way too small!

I bought this for my daughter who is 6 foot 5 inches and a size adult Small / 6 or kids size XL/14-16. This costume is so small that it didnt even come remotely close to fitting her. This is NOT an adult costume. It would be suitable for a kids size Large (10-12 year old), or a very petite (under 5 foot 2 inches) XS adult. Such a shame because the costume is cute.

Halloween costume

The hat was extremely too big. The outfit was good just a little longer than I wanted it to be. Great Halloween costume though. Good price

Just right if you wear size 4 or 6.

I generally wear a 4/6 and this fit just fine. I'm wondering if this "one size fits all" is intended for juniors. Anyway, it's made costume cheap, but cute for that purpose. I used it for a zombie shoot with my husband, but think it will be fun for future 1950s themed events as well.

Small but nice.

Loved the outfit though was definitely not womens sizing , more like a girls fit ( size 12-14 girls) Also a bit disappointed that both dress required sewing to repair a hem on one and a waist on the other - straight from the package! And I don’t sew! Despite that it was a lovely costume.

Skirt seam ripped badly

Beautiful costume - my daughter was thrilled. Fit her good (wears a child’s size 14). The first time she wore it, the skirt ripped from the top around 70% of it. Was not attached to the lining well at all.

Poor quality

Very cheap quality. Not comfortable to wear. The tulle of the dress is made from some paper like material which irritates the skin. The sequence on one side of the apron are missing. I also found random fabrics in the package and I highly doubt it is part of the costume.
