I am still trying to figure out exactly what this piece of clothing is?

It was HUGE but in weird places. I ordered two of these, a medium and a large. One came with a belt, the other one did not. The medium was super wide but short in the crotch area so I tried the large thinking maybe it could be taken in -- it was a sack. This one came without a belt - no sure why. I only give it a two because the material is super nice but it looks terrible on - no space and fits weird.

Did not velcro closures. Would’ve preferred buttons
