Well made and comfortable

This is my first pair of Rockport sandals. They are well made and comfortable but don't have as much padding in the footbed as I like. Otherwise, I'm happy with them and I think they'll last a long time.

never again buy "try before you buy" a nightmare to return

while the quality of this sandal is good its actually too heavy and the straps are rough on your feet. However, its the returning of a product that is "try before you buy" thats sthe real problem.

HARD edges around the soft footbed HURT!

If you dont' tighten the heel strap enough, OUCH! the HARD outper plastic cuts into your foot. Likewise if you have C width feet like me, that hard outer edge cuts into my foot, painfully. I had to return these.
