Easy to use and great size

2nd grade! These are super easy to use. They're magnetic so they stick to my whiteboard but they're also thin enough to pin to my bulletin board. They're big and the designs are accurate so even my faraway kids can see and identify them.

Not what i expected

My son wanted fake money that looked real just to play with. But this money is large. Nothing wrong with the set. Its just not he wanted.

Doesn't Stick so Don't Get Stuck with this Item!

I purchased this item for my second-grade classroom to use as a demonstration resource. Unfortunately, only half of the "money" actually stuck to my magnetic board. I love magnetic manipulatives! But this item just isn't worth purchasing if you're looking for a magnetic manipulative. I had to buy flat magnets and hot glue them on the back of this item for it to stick on my magnetic board. I liked how the money looks though and it is large for students to see for demonstration purposes but I was disappointed that it didn't work as stated.

Great product, but needs stronger magnets

I love using this for my K/1 students with special needs, since the bills and coins look realistic as well as double-sided, which is almost impossible to find. Prior to using these, my students thought all money looked like the "heads" side, because most pictures and manipulatives are single-sided only. So the double-side feature is why I bought this product over others. If the magnets were stronger, I'd have given it 5 stars. Only 3 of the 6 one-dollar bills stick on the board horizontally, 2 will only stick vertically (the magnet at one end works but the other doesn't, so it slides down to hang vertically), and one will not stick at all. Most of the coins stick well, with the exception of one of the pennies and one of the dimes. It seems to be hit-or-miss as to which magnets work and which do not. Since I use these in group presentations on my white board, I really need them all to stick securely. I'll be adding more magnets to them to make them work, but this is a pretty expensive product to not have the magnets work as advertised. Overall, however, I'm glad I bought it because they are large enough to use with a group on the white board, and are double-sided, which I could not find anywhere else.

Strongly magnetic.

Used in classroom for math drill. I wish that they had included some of the newer coins, such as the commemorative quarters now in circulation. The set was nicely packaged and is very usable.

The coins are a great size for the classroom. I love that they are double sided.
