Worth the money in gold!

Have owned this pump for 3 years and it has been one of the best investments ever made! Never had a single issue, so can't comment on any tech support. Used it many times, works like a charm. Decent power: it pumps with a 20' suction hose into 100' of discharge hose pretty well, as long as the discharge hose is on level ground or only a slight rise.

Doesn’t work. Cheap product. Don’t buy.

The is product broke in 1 minute after following all of the steps. Use pumps a lot and thought this was a good deal. Amazon will not accept a return for this item. So I can’t even get my money back like any other store!? Frustrating.

Replacement parts are obsolete for this unit

The pump itself works great until the plastic recoil cranking mechanism breaks. Mine broke on the second pull out of the box. Red Lion customer service said that the part was obsolete and apologized.

I have to eat crow,pumped worked FANTASTIC. Not pump, used(new) Amazon hose. Sold as new. Pump A+..

Once it was realized that I was sent a faulty hose by Amazon and repaired problem the pump worked liked a throughbred.
