Has most of what you need, but it's not perfect

I bought this set because it seems to have everything needed, it said so too. The timer and pressure reducer are not always in these sets so it was what I looked for most. However, I still had to make a run to the store because the timer doesn't come with batteries, and it specifically says to not use rechargeables (all I had). We definitely took more than 20 minutes and had to use some tools but we got the basic layout we wanted with what was included. Some small leaking, but working well so far.

great kit to start watering

Wanted to start automatically watering the new plants. Purchased this kit and it had almost everything we needed. Local hardware (which does not sell the kit) had the extras (more line, different drip heads) to fix up exactly what we wanted.

Great product!

I ordered this to ensure that my flowers were watered while I was on vacation. It's a great product!! It's really simple to install and the timer is so easy to set. I have mine set to water twice a day. It is a great time-saver! It worked so well I ordered a second one for another flower bed. Would highly recommend!!

Hosing and fittings are NOT 1/2".

I got extra tubing etc. for a larger yard. I chose this kit because it came with the timer, pressure regulator, and didn't have reviews saying you needed an extra adaptor to connect with a regular outdoor hose faucet. I was Really hoping I wouldn't have to make a trip to the hardware store. I even read the description to make sure it was 1/2" supply tubing, and that I'd have enough - hence buying extra. It is NOT 1/2" supply tubing, and the fittings don't work for the Actually 1/2" tubing, so now I have to figure out what size it Actually is, and get the correct fittings to connect it to the rest of the system. I'm tempted just to send it back.

I absolutely love drip But....

I only regret using the Clamp-N-Pierce Fitting with the sprinklers on it because now it has started leaking from one of them and my pressure is low to the last connection in the garden, so I'm thinking I will need to cut my hose and repair and then reconnect my little sprinkler. I will not use the clamp and pierce fitting again though.... If given the opportunity to reset up my drip, I don't think I would use them... I do love the little sprinklers though but anyway, it could be user error as its my first season with drip. That said, this is a great system overall.

Several leaks

I liked having all the components in one box and the control boxes work great. However I discovered multiple leaks throughout the system which will require me to make modifications. I had to contact Rainbird to get their assistance with this and I am waiting to hear back

I like the ease of setting this up.Also worked great so far 1 month
