Nice pan, but...

This is a nice pan and I like it. It has one drawback though: it takes 10 seconds to clean the interior surface of the pan and 2 minutes to clean the bolts that hold the handle onto the pan! This picture is after cooking scrambled eggs, and in the picture I already scrubbed the bolts extensively with sponge and fingernails. You can see the fingernail scrapes. And the food goes underneath the edge of the bolts, making it even harder to get off. I wouldn't discourage a consumer from buying it, but I would encourage the company to find a solution. Not to be too harsh, I do recommend it.

Love it

Bought this pan for just eggs. It's the perfect size, they don't stick and is a breeze to clean! I use a silicone spatula on it and it doesn't have a mark on it so far, still looks brand new. Would definitely recommend.

The best little pan.

I really liked how I needed very little oil in the bottom of the pan. It heats evenly, cleans up in one swipe and so far has not flaked. I use this pan daily. I doubt I would want any other.

Slick bottom, pretty color

I give it a high 4 stars, but the bottom is super slick, and slides easily on gas top stove. 5 stars otherwise
