Nice shirt, but not the best fit

The material and construction are fine. However, I have issues with the fit. I usually wear a size medium in a button front shirt. Based on reviews that the Amazon Essentials chambray shirts often run a bit large, I first purchased the Amazon Essentials Men's Slim-Fit Short-Sleeve Chambray Shirt, Medium Blue, Size Medium. The fit was mostly good, except that it was tight across the back of the shoulders if you reach both arms straight forward. I wanted a second shirt, but with a better fit. Next I purchased the Amazon Essentials Men's Short-Sleeve Chambray Shirt, Light Blue, Size Medium. I thought that this regular fit shirt would fit me better. Surprisingly, it fit exactly the same as the medium slim-fit shirt. The fit was mostly good, but still tight across the back of the shoulders. I can’t detect any difference in the fit compared to the slim-fit. I like both shirts and enjoy wearing them. I don’t know if trying a large size (slim-fit or regular fit) would be better.

It is, indeed, a shirt

Not the best, not the worst. For the price in quite happy with it. I'd buy again and am considering one in a different color. Overall, not bad.

Fairly true to size. Maybe a little bit on the small size. Quality of fabric is good.

Good deal on a quality shirt

This certainly doesn't have the quality feel of a name-brand shirt, but getting this on sale for $16 was worth it. It looks good and feels good. I have both the red and blue ones and might get another as well. I doubt it will hold up well over time, but for the price, no complaints.

A bargain superbly made and all cotton

Very good quality for the price and my husband has a 16 1/2 neck size and 39 chest and a large fits with ample room movement. He is very happy with my purchases. Two pockets with buttons and a pleated mid back finish . Some top stitching . It is so very well made - better than shirts 3 times the price

Not a slim fit at all

I wasn't happy at all with this. It is definitely not a slim fit. I'm 160 lbs, broad shouldered and 5' 10", and the bottom of the shirt is extremely baggy and doesn't look fitted at all. I can't wait to find something better as it just looks like I am wearing a sack.

As far as I know (could be wrong) I ordered xxxxl, the label says xxl but it fits, unlike nearly everything else I've ordered from Amazon. And it's a nice shirt too.
