Nice quality shirt, right out of dryer no need to iron poor customer service

Nice material and well made. Like the different fabric print on cuffs. Unfortunately I had customer service issues and was told it was impossible to send me the size I ordered. Label on clear plastic bag shirt came in was labeled a different size than shirt in bag for 2 of 4 shirts ordered. Told I would need to refund and repurchase for twice the price for the size I ordered. Unfortunate bc I would have certainly bought more in the future for my growing boys through Amazon. “Impossible” to exchange and was told I ordered 2 shirts wrong size twice. Not the case.

This shirt as well as the others I purchased are near and dear to my heart. I waited a lot of money on other shirts. I will purchase more shirts when the time is right. The wrinkle-free shirts are best. The heavier shirts require dry cleaning or dedication to ironing.
