Blue is purple.

These are a Christmas present for my husband and I haven’t given it to him yet so I can’t speak for the fit but they seem like they will fit him... I purchased the Speed pants black/royal blue and the blue definitely looks purple! I’m sure he will be sending them back.

I both these for my husband but read the review first my husband is 5'11 and a hundred and sixty seven pounds give or take a pound or two and the large fit him perfect he love them had enough room to move free.

I literally have sooo many Puma products and shades of their blue(s).. that being said, this is def a purple, indigo, blurple color.
