Good stuff.

Typical ZR quality and tech. I love that it has pockets, plus zipper to access the pants underneath. Its lightweight, will keep you dry in light to med rain easily and can prob stand some pouring rain for a bit too. Overall, I'm happy w the materials used, the fit and overall features. This is designed to be worn over pants/ shorts.

had to shorten/tailor the length; otherwise perfect; light weight/packable; thoroughly waterproof; great packets--especially the "inner zipper" in the pockets in order to "get to your covered pants pockets"; runs 'a little big' so easy to get on over pants/shorts; very much worth the price.
