I need braces on two arms for carpal tunnel syndrome. Ordered this one for left hand before I got a used one from my mom (for right hand). The OTC fabric looks much less comfortable for sleeping than the Breg brace so I ordered a left hand Breg and love those. LEARNED THAT THE OTC CANNOT BE RETURNED. I HAD A PAIR JUST LIKE THESE FOR MY CARPAL TUNNEL A DOCTOR GAVE ME 26 YRS AGO. THEY WERE WORN OUT. I LOVE THE GREY COLOR TOO.; THESE ARE SAME AS MY OLD ONES FOR COMFORT AND LONG WEAR DURABILITY. WEARING THEM TO BED AND TAKING SUBLINGUAL B6 VITAMKIN DAILY I HAVE NEVER HAD TO HAVE THE SURGERY. I TAKE MORE THAN JUST THE RECOMMENDED DOSAGE ON THE B6. I WILL TAKE LIKE 5 AT A TIME. MELT UNDER THE TONGUE. YOU REALLY CAN'T O.D. ON A VITAMIN.

WORTH BUY HELPS A LOT WITH CARPEL TUNNEL UNFORTUNATELY AMAZON PRIME DOES NOT SELL ALL SIZES AND IT IS REDICULOUS THEY WILL CARRY ONLY EITHER RIGHT OR LEFT NOT BOTH, THAT IS WHY 4 STARS.

Nice!

In my experience, this is the most comfortable and effective splint out there. I use it to minimize pain from carpal tunnel issues. I've bought and tried 4 other styles from other manufacturers. When I needed to start using splints again I immediately returned to this style (though I did try the style recommended by the doctor, and again didn't like it.) The splint is shorter than most other brands, but the result is excellent.

Had potential just just too big

This has potential but women with small hand, who would normally wear a small brace should consider the xsmall. I have it to the point that the very edge of the velcro is the only part holding it on, and I can still pull it off without unfastening it.

Comfortable and helpful

I only wear these at night, but they have helped relieve the pain and numbness of my carpal tunnel--both when I'm wearing them and during the day. I find them comfortable and they fit well.

Bad fit! Bad sizing Chart!

Sizing is wrong. These are much larger than the size chart would indicate. I went with the smaller size as I am sort of in between and it is still huge. I can't tighten it enough to make it work, and returning was too expensive and a hassle to even be worth it.
