Have had for 6 months

I’ve had this frame for about 6 months now. Everything was great, I loved it a lot. It was a process getting it however (not the sellers fault) so when I finally got it I was supper happy. However, while changing my sheets on my mattress I noticed at the bottom a bar is completely dented inward making a gap in the frame and bed. I am not sure how this happened because I am 5’1 130lbs. I’m not sure when or how it happened but I don’t know how it could have. It says the frame is sturdy but if I can dent it I feel for those who are larger. I would include a picture but I am tired from changing the sheets and messing with it lol. Good for a while but bends easy

The shipping wasn’t good , one end of the box was damaged and open and some nuts and bolts missing

Shipping weight is 68 pounds.

I pay for shipping. The description lists 50 pounds. The shipping weightn is 68 pounds on the box. 18 pounds difference should be noted. Comes in cardboard box. Box was ripped and delivered to the wrong address. FedEx was used. Got it all laid out and missing 4 Bolts and nuts. Not happy
