I had to order a replacement because the first one that was delivered was broken. The front legs were broken off and they weren't in the box so it was already broken when they packaged it. But they gave me no issues getting a replacement. Infact, the replacement came before I could even ship the old one back to them. But its a beautiful piece and a great addition to my daughter's room

I am so incredibly disappointed by what I received with this order. I was so excited to get this - it was just what I was looking for...in theory. It arrived in a box 4x its size however the frame is poorly and cheaply made. Even in the best packaging the proof is right there. The corner guards are firmly stapled to the frame itself. I have never seen such a thing and I have ordered many, many frames of all sorts of sizes. I took a chance on this and am returning it, grateful that I can do so. You cannot remove the thin cardboard guards which do nothing to protect anyway, easily. The staples are extremely TIGHT. You cannot slip a flat head under it or easily grab with pliers. Upon removal as best I could, ugly holes are revealed. Sure, it's the back but it still matters. You don't get this type of laziness with other frames (American Flat for example). That's IF you can get a clean pull...which is mostly impossible. I felt I was going to break the frame so I stopped. Even if you were to look past that and focus on the front, there are flaws too big. The frame is poorly constructed and it shows. Please see pictures. I would be embarrassed to hang this and have anyone see it. No matter the price point, this is too much headache and I would rather put my money towards a product that has 10x the quality. I gave this a chance and it was a waste of time. I will stick with what I know now.

A must have for your unicorn room!

My 2 year old granddaughter loves this so much that she carried around a very long time! It’s beautiful. I think we may write her name across it to hang in her room, but it’s beautiful either way. A must for your unicorn room!

Poor Craftsmanship

Not even dollar store worthy. Poor quality in the frame, used plexiglass type was of poor quality, flimsy and cloudy. Sent back for refund.

Damaged frame

The frame was scratched and damaged on arrival. The corners used to ensure it was not damaged left staple holes in the frame. Overall pretty poor for the money! I think there is probably better frames around.
