GoJo / Purell is trying to get everyone on board with their "clean your hands" theme. Which is a good thing. . . But I gotta wonder if they are not concentrating on institutional customer service at the expense of us home-consumers? I ordered this to blend in with the brushed steel on my kitchen appliances, but my 1328-04 LTX Dispenser arrived broken, the bent metal style battery spring was broken. It could be refurbished cheaply, and resold as such, but Gojo sells this too cheaply to bother repairing it. They would make no profit that way as their original price is so low. So they simply refunded my money. For that they get five stars for customer support and professional ethics. BUT !!! I dont approve of such waste. I have the same size dispenser (in White) in my bathroom and it works fine. So Five Stars for products that work well. GoJo / Purell could work on improving their product index (on their website), maybe list products by description, picture, recommended use? do so in a correlated catalog style format? . Currently it seems pretty hard to use; at least it was not easy to figure which products are compatible with what. And it seems their "set-up" directions for products are all done comic-book style and/or video demonstrations; which is a great way to back-up written directions, but a lousy substitute for written words. Also, on their site, they elicit customer feedback, but then fail to answer questions and just seemed to ignore that solicited feedback. Remembering that they do back their guarantee, without hesitation, 5 ***** for that. And yes, I will buy from them again. I do like their products, and I like their ethical code.

Be careful as to what item you are putting in the dispenser. This would not work in my dispenser but would fit. There are letters on the bottles that let you know if it goes to your dispenser.

We installed this in our garage, where we enter into the house. A good reminder to sanitize before entering the house. Works great.

It works pretty well, but they have started to shoot the sanitizer in different directions as opposed to straight down. It sometimes gets on the walls.

I am a germaphobe. I have the touch-less Koehler toilets, handsfree Delta kitchen faucet, you name it. I have a smaller unit in my kitchen but when I saw the touch-less model, I purchased them for each bathroom.

Nice, works great.

Works like it should. Uses 4 D batteries. Sticky stuff on back doesn't hold, you're going to have to screw it to a stud.

Easy come not so easy come off

I purchased 2 hands free Purell sanitizers. 1 worked the other did not operate. After I mounted it to the metal stand, it broke while I was trying to remove it. Unfortunately I have to return it for another one. After notifying Amazon of this defective unit. Amazons seller does not want to return the funds or replace it. This bothers me that Amazon does require their sellers to have a standard of excellence.
