Did not include the parts they claimed (situation later resolved)

My original review: Does it include the valve? NO. At least one reviewer claims it did, others say it didn't, so I gambled. See the photo for yourself: My order did not include the valve parts or the plastic mounting guard as the product description claims. You will spend another $60+ trying to hunt those items down. It also did not include any instructions. Very disappointed. Edited to add: After writing this review, I used the Amazon chat bot to indicate that there were parts missing, and it said that a free replacement would be sent. I wasn't holding my breath, but to my surprise, the replacement arrived in a much bigger box that contained not just the trim kit but also ALL of the parts mentioned in the product description. I'm happy now; just waiting on our contractor to install it and then I can leave another more detailed review of the functionality.

Really nice equipment, even better company

It looks beautiful and functions great. My reason for review is how great the company is. We had an awful contractor who lost a critical screw and then just left us with a handle that fell off. Martin at Pulse got us a replacement free of charge and shipped immediately. This kind of company is SO RARE. Thank you Martin & Pulse!

Good but scratches easily!

This matched our Pulse shower system well, and it's a good product but the plate unfortunately scratches easy so be very careful when installing.

Well made

This shower valve is solid and well made. However, I find that it is a little hard to find the right setting. You have to do several adjustments to get the right temperature every time you take a shower.

Not all advertised items in the unsealed box when delivered

I received my package which wasn't sealed. I ONLY received the 1/2" rough in valve. It was supposed to have the trim kit with it too the box would never be able to handle both in the box.
