Don't believe the chart

Plumbing sizes are very confusing. I needed a coupling to fit 3/8" pipe. The chart with this item shows that these couplings have a nominal diameter (ND) of 1/2" and will fit a 3/8" outer diameter (OD) pipe. This is NOT true. The Inner diameter of these couplings is 5/8" and will accept a 1/2" OD pipe (which has an OD of 5/8"). I ordered these 1/2" couplings based on the chart and now find that, in fact, there is NO dimension of the couplings that is 3/8". Will not work with 3/8" pipe (which in fact has an OD of 1/2"). Confusing, for sure, but the chart is misleading at best and wrong in fact.

Underwhelmed

This did nothing to reduce the smell in our dishwasher. Could have saved some money by going to Lowe’s or Home Depot and buying copper fittings myself!

Wrong Size

Item is described as suitable for 1/2" OD copper pipe but is actually only suitable for 5/8" OD copper pipe.
